Damages and issues

ANY products that have been marked down or have been purchased using a discounted promotion code over 10% are returnable for store credit only. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
We replace only items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for an identical item, please send us an email at email@example.com. Domestic and International Shipping
Hairvalier offers domestic shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 4-6 business days to process.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Covid 19: Shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Many carrier hubs have made adjustments to ensure the safety of their employees which slows transit time. If you have received a shipping confirmation, your package is in transit and on its way to you. If the arrival of your package is past the expected delivery date you should expect to see an update on your tracking confirmation within 2-3 days.
